Dr. Shawn, I keep meaning to write a testimonial and I might as well do that while I am already sitting here!

This is the third time I have done the 21 Day Detox and it gets easier each time I do it. I always lose at least ten pounds and after having been back on prescription medicine for a couple of years I am now off nearly all of it again. The homeopathics and the other products that Whole Body Healing Center offers work like a charm, not to mention the detox treatments that they offer in the office!

After completing the detox I spent a week eating like I normally would, juice, salad and a reasonable evening meal, avoiding sweets and caffeine. When I went back in for re-testing, the difference was amazing: Adrenal Health had been 86%. Now it is 100%. Brain Health was 59%. Now it is 74%. Immune Health was 60%. Now it is 97%. Hydration was 74%. Now it is 97%. Oxygen was 64%. Now it is 84%. Cellular Vitality was 30%. Now it is 90%. pH was 6.5. Now it is 7.0. I am only 51 years old, but my biological age at the first testing was 74! Now it is 69.

I still have some work to do, but I am on the right track and I have no taste for red meat or sugar. I don't really have a taste for chicken or pork, for that matter. I will eat a little of it, but I would rather have my veggie juice, salads, fish and brown rice. The day of my re-testing I left for a week long stay with my mother and found I that the only thing I had a problem with was remembering to make my juice. A couple of weeks later my husband and I spent a week in Virginia visiting our daughter and her family and I wasn't able to do the juice at all, but I was able to eat reasonably the entire time we were gone. Still, I couldn't wait to get home and back on my veggie based diet.

The Vibe product is great and I plan to stay on that as well as the Quantum EFA Oil Blend. My energy is back. I feel better than I have felt in a couple of years. My ADD is back under control and it is easier for me to concentrate. All I need to do is keep on exercising and get the rest of the excess weight off.

Without Dr. Shawn, Deneen and Pat I would still be a mess. This time I am going to stick with it and see them on a regular basis to maintain what I have gained.
